What's included and upgrades
Nature Care Med Spa’s Spa Day Special Offer bundles a 1 hour relaxing massage, a 1 hour luxury Facial and Hand Paraffin into a single 120-minute appointment priced at $185. Treatments are scheduled back-to-back so you receive both body and facial care in one visit. You may upgrade the massage to a Deep Tissue Massage or Hot Stone for an additional $20.
When choosing whether to upgrade, consider your preference for firm pressure or focused muscle work versus pure relaxation. The $20 change is a trade-off between deeper therapeutic contact and the original gentle approach; estheticians and massage therapists will confirm your preference during booking or at check-in so the therapist can tailor pressure and technique to your comfort.
What to expect during visit
Expect a short consultation when you arrive so therapists can note preferences and any areas to avoid. The spa is small and clean, which many guests appreciate; recent feedback praised staff attentiveness but noted parking can be a challenge, so allow extra time. Easy Metro-North access makes evening appointments convenient for commuters traveling from Manhattan or surrounding Westchester towns.
The two-hour format means treatments are delivered sequentially within the 120-minute booking, leaving little downtime between services. Therapists will explain what to expect, modify pressure, and give basic aftercare suggestions for skin and muscle comfort. If you have specific timing needs — for example arriving after work hours — tell the front desk so they can schedule appropriately.
Local convenience and scheduling
Nature Care is located in Downtown New Rochelle along the North Avenue corridor, convenient for residents of Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Pelham, Mount Vernon, Yonkers and Scarsdale. Proximity to Glen Island Park and the waterfront makes this an easy stop for people combining a spa visit with outdoor time or downtown events, especially during the warmer months when waterfront activity increases.
Booking after-work slots is practical because of easy highway and Metro-North access, but family-focused weekends also fill quickly; plan ahead for weekend availability. If you’re visiting from a downtown event or the New Roc City entertainment area, mention timing when you book. And remember the recent guest advice: allow extra time to find parking near the spa.
